Account deletion is permanent
Once your account is deleted, your data cannot be recovered. Please make sure you want to delete your account before proceeding.
Delete your account in-app
The easiest way to delete your account is directly through the Unicorn Run app. Follow these steps:

Open Unicorn Run
Launch the app on your device

Go to Settings
Tap the menu icon and select Settings or More

Navigate to Account
Find and tap the Account section

Select Delete Account
Look for the "Delete Account" or "Delete Profile" option

Confirm deletion
Read the confirmation message and confirm that you want to delete
Your account will be deleted immediately, and you will be logged out.
Delete your account via email
If the in-app deletion option isn't available or you prefer to request deletion via email, you can contact our support team:
Send an email to:
[PRIVACY CONTACT EMAIL]
From: Use the email address associated with your Unicorn Run account
Subject: Delete my Unicorn Run account
Body: Include a clear request to delete your account. You may optionally include your account email for verification.
We will process your request within [TYPICAL RESPONSE TIME] and send you a confirmation email.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, the following data is removed:
- ✓Your authentication account (email and password)
- ✓Your profile information and founder data
- ✓All game progress and saves
- ✓All startup ideas and custom content
- ✓Your achievements and statistics
Limited Retention: Some records may be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution. These retained records will not be associated with your account and will be deleted according to our retention policies.
After deletion
- •You will immediately lose access to your account and all associated data
- •You will not be able to recover any game progress, saves, or startup data
- •You can create a new account with the same or a different email address
- •You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging the deletion

Can I recover my account after deletion?
No. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All data is permanently removed from our systems.
How long does deletion take?
