Authentication & Login

I can't log in to my account

  • Verify your email and password are correct
  • Try resetting your password
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies
  • Make sure you're using a supported browser
  • If using mobile, make sure the app is updated

I forgot my password

Use the "Forgot Password" option on the login screen. You'll receive an email with instructions to reset your password. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

I'm having trouble with Google login

Make sure you're using the same Google account you created Unicorn Run with. Sign out of all Google accounts and try again. Clear your browser cache and try in a private/incognito window.

Cloud Save & Progress

My progress isn't being saved

  • Check your internet connection
  • Make sure you're logged into your account
  • Try logging out and back in
  • Force quit the app and restart it
  • Update the app to the latest version

I don't see my progress on another device

Cloud saves sync when you log in. Make sure you're logged into the same account on both devices. Give it a few moments for the sync to complete. Try force-closing and reopening the app.

I lost my progress after an update

Your progress is stored in the cloud and should persist across app updates. If it's missing, try logging out and back in. If the issue persists, contact support with your account email.

Founder Coach

Founder Coach isn't generating feedback

  • Check that you have an active internet connection
  • Make sure you've completed a decision in the game
  • Try waiting a moment and requesting feedback again
  • Restart the app and try again

Account Management

How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account directly within the app under Settings > Account > Delete Account. For more details and instructions, visit our account deletion page.

How do I change my account email or password?

Go to Settings > Account > Profile to update your email or password. If you can't access these options, try logging out and back in.

I received a suspicious email about my account

Never reply with passwords or personal information. Always go directly to the app to check your account settings. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately.
